Mahmoud El Saadany, Managing Partner
Mahmoud El Saadany is the Managing Partner of Core P and a highly accomplished leader in the built environment. With over 20 years of dedicated experience across the Middle East, he has a proven history of protecting owners’ capital interests through expert Project Management, Commercial Management, and Contracts/Disputes resolution. His unique value lies in combining deep, practical site experience with advanced legal and arbitration training.
As a Certified Arbitrator and Dispute Resolution Expert, Mahmoud possesses the necessary credentials to navigate high-stakes commercial challenges. His qualifications include a prestigious Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, UK. He is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between technical project reality and legal compliance.
Mahmoud has a successful history of leading the commercial strategy for complex, large-scale developments. He has directly supported and delivered projects for industry leaders and major regional groups, including: Al-Futtaim, Talaat Mostafa Group (TMG), Mountain View, and Emaar.
As the Managing Partner of Core P, Mahmoud is responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and quality assurance of the entire firm. He personally oversees all service lines from comprehensive Project Management and rigorous Cost Control to strategic Contracts and Claims, ensuring Core P delivers uncompromising excellence and predictability on every client assignment.
